Kelly Ladd, COPM, CMPE
Chief Operating Officer
Northwest ENT and Sinus Center
Kelly is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Northwest ENT and Sinus Center and focuses her attention on practice management, information systems, finance, business development, and strategic planning of the organization and subsidiary businesses. Mrs. Ladd is an ad-hoc member of the Board of Directors and reports directly to the President and CEO of the group. Mrs. Ladd joined Northwest ENT in July 2001 in a practice start up capacity and has over sixteen years of healthcare administrative experience in practice management, information systems, human resources, finance and reimbursement, and strategic planning. She has served as a member of the Practice Management Committee – Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA) and most recently was appointment Practice Management Chair of the AOA, is a member of the Medical Group Management Association, and is a nominee in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE).
Prior to joining ENT, Mrs. Ladd worked as a practice administrator in the physician specialty areas of gastroenterology and neurological surgery from (1997 – 2001), and WellStar Physicians Group (1994 – 1997) as a Computer Training Specialist and Central Business Office Manager where she founded and developed the central business office. Mrs. Ladd also has experience in other healthcare management positions since 1989 in various capacities, including hospital based business office and finance, large multi-specialty groups, and corporate healthcare.
Mrs. Ladd has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Belmont Abbey College. She will speak on any of the following topics:
