Jolene Eicher
Practice Administrator
Commonwealth Ear, Nose, and Throat, and The Sinus Center
Jolene is responsible for the day-to- day operations, information technology and strategic planning of Commonwealth ENT and The Sinus Center in Louisville, KY. She is an ad-hoc member of the Board and reports directly to the President of the group. Mrs. Eicher joined Commonwealth Ear, Nose & Throat and The Sinus Center in August of 1982 and has over twenty years of healthcare administrative experience in operations, managed care contracting and healthcare marketing. She served on the Leadership Council as President - Association of Otolaryngology Administrators (AOA), and has served on ad-hoc committees of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). She has also worked jointly with her local ENT society in providing educational workshops for practice administrators. Mrs. Eicher is a member of her local medical societies' Managed Care Task Force and has served as President of her local MGMA group. Her article ‘Improve Patient Care and Enhance Your Revenue with an Office Based CT Scanner’ was published in the July 2005 edition of The Bulletin.
She is available to speak on principles of patient satisfaction and ancillary revenue streams.
