The AOA is looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to become PCs for the following projects: Member Interest Forums (MIFs), Benchmarking Survey and Salary Survey. Read more below to see how YOU can get involved to make a difference in the AOA!

 

Member Interest Forum PC Job Summary:

  • Recruit members to serve on Member Interest Forum (MIF) ad hoc committee.
  • Generate interest in creating additional MIFs. (A group of AOA members to discuss unique ENT-related concerns.)
  • Create start-up guidelines to aid in the formation of new MIFs.
  • Review current MIF policies and procedures, and recommend changes to aid in universal MIF compliance with existing AOA policies and procedures.
  • Time commitment: Short-term, with projected completion date of Spring 2010.

 

 

  • Recruit members to serve on benchmarking survey ad hoc committee
  • Review current Benchmarking Survey and ask for input for improvement.
  • Review contracted vendor's survey prior to being pushed out to membership.
  • Provide some information pieces to send out to membership regarding survey participation. Work with the AOA office and vendor on the final product.
  • Report progress/updates/timelines to Leadership on an ongoing basis through appropriate channels.
  • Time commitment is intermittent during various stages of project.
